This year I’m kicking off something new in our Industry Trends Reports. Each quarter, I will round up and highlight some of my favorite articles written by Mitchell experts and let you know where we have been published outside of our mPower thought leadership website.
This quarter, Mitchell was featured in Property and Casualty 360, where Mitchell’s Claims Performance Consulting Directors Edward Olsen and Ryan Mandell delve into how developing an analytics-driven culture from the outside in provides the opportunity for increased operational claims value. Additionally, we addressed how technology will play a large role in the future of the workers' compensation industry in Risk & Insurance Magazine by surveying their readers. Based on the survey results, we found that “as the workers' compensation industry continues to navigate the ongoing challenges of rising health care costs and the need to create operational efficiencies, it’s clear that stakeholders are eager to express the potential benefits of adopting advanced technologies.” Continue to the links on the next page for some more of my favorites!
