Chad Countryman

Chad Countryman is senior director of client services for Enlyte, where he leads a team responsible for delivering data-driven and consultative strategies to customers.
Countryman joined Enlyte after serving in a similar role with bill review company Fairpay Solutions, which Enlyte acquired in 2014. Throughout his time in client services, Countryman has led several teams with oversight of more than 50 clients. Integrating customer collaboration and best practices to achieve optimal outcomes, Countryman has been recognized as an Enlyte Director of the Year and earned Elite Counsel status.
