Dawn Moore

Dawn Sora Moore, RN, MSN, CCM, is vice president of operations at Enlyte where she leverages her extensive experience in case management to delight customers by continuing to enhance our telephonic case management program. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring full delivery of all case management and utilization review services. Since joining Genex in 1994, Moore has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including telephonic case manager operations manager, field case manager district manager, telephonic case manager and utilization review nurse. Moore’s clinical experience includes work in the following specialties: emergency department, cardiovascular ICU- heart and lung transplant, operation room and diabetic teaching. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Wichita State University, Kansas, and a master’s degree in nursing from Baylor University, Waco, TX. Moore is a registered nurse (RN) and holds the professional designation of Certified Case Manager (CCM).
