Vice President, Disability Programs
Jennie Gailey, Esq., is vice president of Disability Programs at Genex, where she oversees the entire Social Security program as well as the Disability and Absence divisions from an operations and customer perspective. Ms. Gailey has more than 16 years of diversified Social Security Disability experience, representing thousands of individuals before the Social Security Administration. She joined Genex in 2004 as a hearing attorney representing claimants at the initial, reconsideration, hearing, and appeals council levels. Since then, she progressively took on new management roles including Deputy Managing Attorney, where she was responsible for the team of attorneys nationwide.
In 2012, Ms. Gailey moved to a more customer- and business-focused role as a National Account Executive, where she gained extensive knowledge of long-term disability plan language and offset provisions and performed extensive reporting and analytics for the department. She was promoted to the role of National Director in 2015 where she was responsible for all aspects of operations and customer account management. In 2018, she was promoted to the role of Vice President of Social Security Services. She holds a Juris Doctorate from University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Emory University, Atlanta. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
