Michigan No-Fault Fee Schedule: What You Need to Know Before July 2

On July 2, 2021, the new Michigan fee schedule will go into effect for services rendered on or after that date. The auto insurance industry has been preparing for this change since Senate Bill 1 was signed into law in 2019, but as we approach the effective date, there are still a few key pieces of the fee schedule that are unclear. In this webinar on June 23 at 9:30 AM PT, Mitchell regulatory, product and industry experts will provide an update on the latest information, including what is still outstanding, and share key strategies for how our products and insurers may want to address the ambiguity and prepare for the effective date. They’ll also provide an update on Mitchell’s product strategy related to the new fee schedule.
