Enlyte President Nina Smith Named a Top 25 Women Leader by Calibre One
Enlyte’s Nina L. Smith has been selected as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in U.S. PE-Backed Software by Calibre One, a leading international executive search organization.
The list includes top CEOs and presidents who are leading fast-growing software businesses backed by prominent private equity firms. The winners are recognized as some of the highest caliber leaders in the industry.
Smith, president of customer and market operations at Enlyte, was recognized for her demonstrated track record of growth and value creation. Awardees were selected from nominations made by Calibre One’s extensive network of executives, board members and private equity partners.
At Enlyte, Smith leads a team that encompasses the company’s overall casualty sales, service and marketing operations. Previously, she served as executive vice president and general manager of Mitchell International’s casualty solutions, in which she led the company’s auto casualty and workers’ compensation solutions divisions.
A passionate, customer-centric business executive, Smith has over 25 years of focused leadership in bringing client satisfaction and operational excellence to the technology sector. In addition, Smith is an active community and industry member, previously serving on the board of the Alliance for Women in Workers’ Compensation.
