Advocating for the injured worker is a key component to successful recovery and return-to-work. Case Managers are on the front line when it comes to establishing trust, engaging the injured worker and providing support during their recovery. During this session we discussed the Injured Worker Advocacy Movement and the important role the case manager plays in it. The webinar provides insight into how case managers can best advocate for and establish trust with the injured workers they serve and also outline the damaging effects a lack of trust and advocacy can lead to.
