Statewide

CALIFORNIA

Corrections to the Hospital Outpatient Departments/Ambulatory Surgical Centers portion of the fee schedule have been made by the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC). These changes apply to services rendered March 15 and after.

The DWC also announced its new FROI/SROI Implementation Guide, Version 3.1 takes effect March 27and can be accessed on the Workers’ Compensation Information System (WCIS) site.

MICHIGAN

The state’s Workers' Compensation Agency has announced its Medical Fee Schedule update is live and went into effect March 15.

NORTH DAKOTA

The state has posted a list of services that are not reimbursable by Workforce Safety and Insurance (WSI). These services were deemed unnecessary to treat or diagnose a compensable work injury and are generally considered preventive.
